This lively community celebrates its passion for rhubarb with an annual event called Rhubarb Days, where locals and visitors come together to honor this distinctive crop and its culinary potential. Interestingly, while Washington is celebrated for its fresh rhubarb, Oregon actually produces a greater quantity, primarily for processing rather than fresh sales.
