Peter Piper Pizza modernizes classic family fun

Even after the death of founder Anthony Cavolo in 2006, Peter Piper Pizza continues to offer high-quality pizzas and family-friendly entertainment. Currently, the brand is under the leadership of chef Gregory Casale, the senior director of culinary development for both Peter Piper and Chuck E. Cheese—a similar arcade-themed pizzeria known for its singing and dancing animatronic characters. In 2016, Peter Piper underwent a significant redesign of its restaurants, logo, and menu, along with updates to its signature colors.
Today, Peter Piper's market presence is noteworthy. Chief Marketing Officer Jason Greenwood shared with The Arizona Republic, "We recognized that families were evolving, but there remains a strong demand for Peter Piper." In 2022, the company introduced Peter Piper Express locations, which focus solely on takeout, addressing the need for convenient dining options in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. With most locations thriving, Peter Piper's primary competitor seems to be its sister brand, Chuck E. Cheese. Both chains are part of the parent company, CEC Entertainment.
